This place is amazing!! I would totally recommend this place, there is a hotel, restaurant and an area for weddings! This place is so clean, for appetizers i recommend getting the chicken skin and the sourdough bread with chicken fat, for a main meal i would get anything from the menu.

This place is absolutely stunning. The views from the taproom are breathtaking—mountains as far as the eye can see. We visited on a Sunday and it wasn’t too busy. We were seated outside at a high-top table overlooking the hills, which made the whole experience feel extra special. Tried a flight of ciders—all were solid, especially if you prefer the drier side. The burger was pretty standard, but the cabbage? Surprisingly delicious and full of flavor. The taproom itself is beautiful, and there’s a large lawn area perfect for relaxing on a nice day. I’d definitely come back to hang out, sip cider, and soak in the scenery.

Here for the Catskills cider festival and stayed in the property’s boarding house and dined at the Tasting Room twice. It’s that good. The cider is sophisticated and nuanced. My favorite was a dry sparkling called “November Nonsense” for its subtle tartness and acidity. I’ve ordered nearly all items from their bespoke menu of beautifully plated food. I enjoyed it all. The view of the Delaware River from the tasting room patio is not to be missed, as is dusk when the light gets soft and pink just above the tree line. Staying at the boarding house is always a pleasure. It’s quiet, stylish and very well appointed.

Do yourself a favor and order their Susan 2021 or 2022 as well as their Dragon’s Hen cider. I’ve traveled all over the country for cider, and Seminary makes some of my favorite selections! Their food menu beautifully pairs with all of their ciders as well. Their cider maker Joshua hosts tours, and is an encyclopedia of this industry. I highly recommend visiting when they’re hosting tours! Their AirBnb is one of my favorite stays in New York and is extremely family friendly. Their staff is so well trained and works so well together, they seem to have a good sense of community and teamwork.

We almost got married here - but it was already booked! Came back today to see the views and enjoy some cider on Memorial Day weekend. Diana, our server, was great. We would come back!

Really incredible place - best views in Sullivan county and maybe even upstate NY! Cider is always delicious. Cocktails are hit or miss. As locals it would be nice to see the food menu change more frequently and with the seasons - corn & tomatoes in May? A few questionable food things I've noticed over the years, but still a wonderful experience.

Had a brunch there on Sunday and in addition to great food and drink, I was happily surprised by the live Performance of a classical music pianist! Thanks for making my visit simply wonderful!
